The CTN & CHÉOS

This position is responsible for the operations of the organization by overseeing several departments at the Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences (CHÉOS) and overseeing the administration of the CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network (CTN) National Centre. Reporting to the Centre Director/National Director, and working closely with the CHÉOS Associate Director and other executive leadership, the Director of Operations provides senior leadership in the areas of strategic planning, resource management, policy implementation, operations, risk assessment, research administration, research support service administration, and the overall administration of the Centre and Network.

Grant Coordinator

The CTN & CHÉOS

CHÉOS and the CTN seek a resourceful and collaborative Grant Coordinator to join our grant facilitation team. Reporting to the Director of Grants, the Grant Coordinator will guide the grant submission process, from researching, writing, and coordinating the preparation and submission of proposals to related administrative support. The ideal candidate is a skilled written and verbal communicator, a highly organized self-starter, and is team-focused. This position will engage with a growing multidisciplinary team, including physicians, epidemiologists, research staff and trainees. Experience with grant facilitation and project management is a valuable asset.
