Research Assistant

CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network / Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences

The Research Assistant is responsible for providing assistance with on-going research studies in the Health Economics department at the Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences (CHÉOS) and the CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network (CTN). Responsibilities focus on conducting systematic reviews, and assisting in grant applications, manuscript preparation, and submissions. The Research Assistant works closely with CHÉOS/CTN staff including physicians, epidemiologists, research nurses, research coordinators and assistants, data managers, biostatisticians, graduate students and fellows.

Program & Fund Development Coordinator

The Program & Fund Development Coordinator (PDC) will create a vibrant and supportive learning environment for trainees and life-long learning and development for staff at CHÉOS and the CTN. The role will include raising philanthropic funds to support trainee programs and other special initiatives. Events & Engagement Specialist

CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network / Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences

This position is responsible for developing, organizing, and facilitating virtual and in-person events, this includes executing meetings, webinars, workshops, and conferences. Part of the role will be enhancing virtual and stakeholder engagement for these events by ensuring the experience is exciting and interactive for attendees. The Events and Engagement Specialist supports the operations and communications teams, including the development of event advertising, and will have opportunities to work on other special projects as needed.

Postdoctoral Program

Interested in being a CTN Postdoc? We invite applications from MDs who have completed their medical residency program or PhDs who have completed their Ph.D. Biostatisticians with a Ph.D. and working in an HIV or related health conditions group are also eligible to apply.
