Project Manager

CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network / Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences

Depending on the project, the incumbent supervises the implementation, day-to-day management, tracking of deliverables, and close-out of projects to ensure that study protocols are followed, or act as the internal point of contact to ensure timelines are monitored. The Project Manager acts as the resource person for issues relating to the project and coordinates communication between the principal investigator and other stakeholders.

Trainee Program and Development Coordinator

The Trainee Program and Development Coordinator will create a vibrant and supportive learning environment for trainees at CHÉOS and the CTN. The role will include raising philanthropic funds to support trainee programs and other special initiatives. With a strong sensitivity to and knowledge of the systemic barriers that underrepresented groups face in education and research, this position will facilitate accessible and inclusive education.

Finance Assistant

CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network / Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences

The Finance Assistant will use their experience and sound judgement to support and guide CHÉOS & CTN’s financial administration. The incumbent will support the Finance Manager with day-to-day financial operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations. Financial operations total approximately $14 million ($9 million in operating, research, and development funds at the Centre and $5 million allocated annually to the Network) with the finance team managing 80 to 100 individual accounts/grants.

IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the successful resolution of service requests and incidents. Key aspects of the work include supporting end users in hardware and software services, installing, removing, and repairing equipment and maintaining a hardware/software inventory, and practicing server asset management.

Postdoctoral Program

Interested in being a CTN Postdoc? We invite applications from MDs who have completed their medical residency program or PhDs who have completed their Ph.D. Biostatisticians with a Ph.D. and working in an HIV or related health conditions group are also eligible to apply.
