Dr. Raynell Lang is an Assistant Professor in Infectious Diseases at the University of Calgary. She earned a Masters in Epidemiology from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and recently completed a post-doctoral fellowship in HIV Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University with the North American AIDS Cohort Collaboration on Research and Design. Her research involves evaluating risk factors and outcomes associated with coinfections and comorbidities in people with HIV, and characterizing immunity, inflammation and virologic associations.
