The International AIDS Conference is the premier gathering for those working in the field of HIV, as well as policy makers, people living with HIV, and other individuals committed to ending the pandemic around the world. Attendees of the conference will assess the current state of research, evaluate recent scientific developments, and identify important next steps.
More than 800 researchers, students, community member and policy makers are expected to attend the 25th annual Canadian Conference on HIV/AIDS Research (CAHR 2016) in Winnipeg, May 12-15. The four-day event features a wide range of sessions including research presentations, workshops, and focus groups to share and discuss advancements in HIV research. Historically, the CTN has had a significant presence at CAHR and this year is no exception. Below is a brief overview of the CTN’s contributions in 2016.
